Hi families,

I am looking forward to meeting with you this Thursday, October 24th from 1-8 PM to discuss your students’ growths and success. Unfortunately, I have jury duty in the morning and am unsure of when it will be finished. I am hoping to be back to school before the parent teacher conferences have started. If I am not back by your time that you have booked I will be contacting you to make sure that we can reschedule as this is an extremely important meeting for your child’s education.

March 12 th , 2020 Dear Parents & Guardians, Based on the changing provincial and local response to COVID-19, the CBE has given us direction to postpone our Learning Conversations (Student-Parent-Teacher conferences) scheduled for March 19 th , 2020 . In addition, ALL after school programs including Philkids, Reading & Running, YMCA, Teen Mentors and Mosiac club will be cancelled until further notice . All CBE schools have been given direction to postpone or cancel events that include populations from other schools and/or parents or other community members, such as Parent-Teacher Interviews, celebrations of learning, drama/musical performances, dances, athletic competitions, etc. This decision is effective from Mar. 12 until the end of March break. Good Afternoon Keeler Families, With the on going circumstances around COVID-19, the Calgary Board of Education has decided to release student report cards online through the MyCBE PowerSchool account. Paper copies will no longer be provided to families. We are reaching out to ensure that our families have created a MyCBE PowerSchool account so they can access their student’s report cards. If you have not created a PowerSchool account for your child please follow the instructions attached below or call the office at 403-777-8180 during office hours.
